On the road in Ireland!

Even though I’ll be spending a lot of time working on my new adult novel between now and December, I’m also going to be out and about at some book events in Ireland. Lots of you ask about meeting me at events so I’m hoping you might be able to come along to one of these. It’s always great fun to meet readers!

Kilkenny Library Book Lovers’ Night – 25th September at 7.30 pm

First up is Kilkenny Library Book Lovers’ Night in Loughboy Library. This is a night of chat, Q&A, quizzes and refreshments as well as me talking about books and writing and answering any questions you might have.

Aspects Literary Festival – 27th September at 4.00 pm

Hot on the heels of Kilkenny, I’m heading up to the beautiful Northern Ireland seaside town of Bangor for the Aspects Literary Festival. This is a lovely festival with some great events, and well worth a visit if you’re in the area. I’ll be doing a Q&A session and will cover how I write books as well as giving tips about writing your own and getting published.

Cavan Businesswomen’s Club – 20th October

If you’re a businesswoman in Cavan (and I hope there are loads of entrepreneurial women in the county), I hope to see you when I talk to the Cavan Businesswomen’s Club on 20th October.

Lurgan Library – 27th October

And I’m back in Northern Ireland for another library event, this time in the city of Lurgan, which I know so well. I really hope you can come along if you’re in the general neighbourhood! There’ll be more info on the Northern Ireland Libraries website closer to the date.

Eason’s Booksellers – TBC

I’ll also be involved in a couple of events with Eason’s booksellers in October – they’ve yet to be finalised but I’ll update this post and my Facebook pages with information so keep an eye out!

I know not everyone can come to events but I try my best to go to as many different places as I can. Please don’t forget you can keep in touch with me through this website or on my Facebook page, or (if you like sticking to 140 characters!) on twitter.
