Corrigan Knows FoodOne of may favourite pastimes...eating outdoors At the beginning of June I joined Cathy Kelly once again as she and I stood around (mainly) in the kitchen while celebrity chef Richard Corrigan showed us how to make the perfect picnic. It was a far cry from the piicnics I was used to as a child where it was soggy tomato sandwiches on a windswept beach....Richard did a lobster salad in melon. It was all very simple and easy - or maybe he just made it seem that way. When we were filming I did ask one or two half-intelligent questions about cooking lobster but in this clip all you see is me eating...and eating...and eating!
